Junior Badminton Coaching
Age: 6 yrs and above
Get your child started with the fundamentals of Badminton with our guided, step-by-step, fun Badminton training sessions!
Beginners Coaching:
- Fundamentals of Badminton
- Fun-oriented workouts to improve reaction time, speed, and strength
- Fun & light sessions to create interest in the child – can be reworded?
- Scientific warm-up and stretching.
- Individual attention & appropriate coach-to-student ratio
- 90 mins sessions, 3/5 days a week
- Bimonthly Performance assessment
Advanced Coaching:
- Advanced Badminton Drills including multi-feeding sessions/routines
- Fitness, strength & conditioning sessions
- Reaction workout to increase speed and agility
- Scientific warm-up and stretching.
- 90 mins sessions, either 3 or 5 days a week
- Bimonthly Performance assessment
- Opportunity to participate in intra-academy tournaments and friendly matches across academies.
- Physiotherapy and Nutrition sessions (as add-on service)
Adult Badminton Coaching
Age: 18 yrs and above
